Quarter Twain (Black Spruce) was created in April 2009 to serve its author as a comical mirror on society. Its author reviles the micro-blogging truncated text proliferating and destroying the written word. You are more likely to find fewer posts here than most other blogs, but entries here are well cared-for. The author is a dedicated musician, actor, father, and husband. Extracurricular activities are hard to come by here, but writing has proven itself wonderful over the course of decades.
Black Spruce is normally regarded as a sub-standard tonewood for guitar building, but in the right builder’s hands, it can sound wonderful.
Quarter Twain is a depth measurement indicating 13 1/2 feet, beyond Mark Twain and well into safer waters.
The author hails from Billings, Montana and has lived in a host of wonderful places.
